Please read these terms and conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the online course provided by WeTrade.io ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the course is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the course.
By accessing or using the course you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the course.
Course Access
Upon purchase of the course, you will receive access to the course materials for the duration specified on the website. Access to the course is for your personal use only and is non-transferable.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the course, use of the course, or access to the course without our express written permission.
For all of our digital information products, we offer these under the UK online selling act. When you buy our program/course an email will be sent containing details of how to access the content. In accordance with the online selling act, as soon as you complete the purchase of a digital product, you lose the 'right to cancel'. This is because you are granted immediate access to the content and can do as you wish with it. This measure is in compliance with the current Office of Fair Trading Act. Any payment terms offered will be required to be paid in full within a 6-month period.
Refunds are provided on a 6-month basis. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but we also want you to give it your best effort to apply the strategies you are taught to ensure the highest likelihood of success. In order to qualify for a refund after the 6-month period all of the following must be met; You must submit a full 6-month trade record as proof as an Excel/Google Docs/Notion document using the template provided inside the training. This represents you having undertaken the necessary work to see results and to allow our edge/strategy to show profitability. 100% of the training must be complete and you must attend 3x 1-1 coaching sessions so that we can help and to support you to ensure you are following the strategies correctly. This measure is in place to prevent piracy in the form of customers purchasing, digesting all the information and claiming a refund

The course materials, including all text, graphics, images, audio, and video, are the property of WeTrade.io or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not use the course materials for any commercial purpose or for any other purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms.
You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from the course.
Disclaimer
The course is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We make no warranty that the course will meet your requirements, or that the course will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We make no warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of the course or as to the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the course.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall WeTrade.io or its suppliers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the course or with the delay or inability to use the course, or for any information, software, products, or services obtained through the course, or otherwise arising out of the use of the course, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, even if WeTrade.io or any of its suppliers has been advised of the possibility of damages.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold WeTrade.io and its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and partners harmless from any claim or demand, including
reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the course, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 day's notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use the course after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the course.
